    OPIS:

    Brine perfect for poorer meat and fat content such as IIB pork or in the case of addition of emulsion from casing. Its cost-effective dosing and price make it possible to produce cheap sausage with a very good texture (cohesion, compactness, limited melting of the added fat meat). After heating, sausages are even harder and and more resilient than cold sausages. This is an advantage provided by our protein called Pork Collagen. Brine used for higher gain – from 50 to even 75%. Dosage of 3.5 kg/100 l of brine. We have created TK 70 Plus – an enriched version of brine TK 70. Brine is perfect for every meat content, both fat as well as richer in lean meat. Functional mix is designed for higher hydration – 50 to 75% Dosage of 4.5 kg/100 l of brine. An enhanced version of brine TK 70 with an additional ingredient that strengthens the texture of the finished product. Brine is perfect for every meat content, both fat as well as richer in lean meat. Functional mix is designed for higher hydration – 50 to 75%.
