OPIS:

Masker 200 is a flavour and aroma mix whose main task is to mask the unwanted aftertaste resulting from the quality of raw meat or prolonged freezing. Through the use of highly concentrated extracts of spices and flavours, it perfectly hides any negative aftertaste already at a dose of 1 g/kg, without affecting the taste of the main spice. At a dose of 2-3 g/kg, it is used both for masking and as the main spice. Does not contain monosodium glutamate.
